Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team. The Lead Teacher will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students, implementing educational programs, and ensuring the overall well-being of the children.
Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each child
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management
- Manage classroom activities and promote positive interactions among students
- Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience
Qualifications:
- CDA Preschool or be willing to get one or have ECE courses
- Previous experience working with students in a daycare or educational setting
- Strong understanding of child development and early intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques and lesson planning
- Familiarity with special education practices and child welfare guidelines
