RAM Marketing provides a diversified range of inbound and outbound marketing services. Our areas of expertise is medical, commercial and residential utility projects, telecommunications products & services, back-office support, dormant accounts and social media follow ups.
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative. Our office is located in Nesconset, NY.
As a Customer Service Representative your goal will be to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. You will be interacting with our customers, company personnel, and various outside companies.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering telephone calls in a polite and professional manner while providing excellent customer service
- Analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Inputting customers information in the appropriate databases
- Making outbound calls and following up on customer voicemails as needed
- Proficiency with operating a computer and navigating Microsoft Windows operating system
Skills:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to analyze customer inquiries and provide solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Call center experience preferred but we are open to individuals with the right attitude who are willing to work hard to learn what it takes to provide excellent customer service.
Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but is not required.
