Digital Print Operator, 3rd Shift available. Operators must have a moderate understanding of computer hardware, software, and digital printers. Training provided.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Digital Print Operator will run continuous form laser printers, digital color inkjet printers, impact printers, sheet-fed printers, and perform other direct mail production duties, possibly in other departments.

Operators must have a moderate understanding of computer hardware, software, and digital printers.
Follow all Quality Control and PMC policies and procedures.
Read and follow work order instructions and job schedules regarding machines to use, inventory, productivity, and performance goals.
Work with other department employees and supervisors to ensure hourly and daily production goals are achieved.
Report on machine performance and productivity.
Follow all clean-up and housekeeping procedures.
Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules and regulations.
Other functions vary as Management deems necessary.
Education and/or Experience
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have one year of continuous work history in the last three years. Manufacturing experience (such as laborer, machinist, assembly) is preferred. Some college is preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required.
English Language Skills
The ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and read/write memos is required. The ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization is required.
Reasoning Ability
The ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out detailed written and oral instructions is required. The ability to deal with problem-solving involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations will be required.
