Job Description
Oscar Stone is seeking a sale representative who is driven, innovative, and experienced in Jewelry, Gold, Diamonds, Streetwear and pop culture. This Sales Executive will contribute to and/or develop our sales team to ensure continued growth and evolution of the Oscar Stone identity and brand.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
POSITIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing and executing strategic plans/goals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Partner with design to execute brand positioning and key product initiatives.
- Interface with various levels of development and production teams.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Maturity and ability to work independently.
- Must be driven and passionate about the brand.
- Follow up with buyers and process orders.
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Proven ability to position products against competitors.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $15.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
