**Overview:** We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating memorable events and ensuring that each wedding is executed flawlessly. **Duties:** - Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision and preferences - Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings, including venue selection, catering, decorations, and entertainment - Create detailed timelines and budgets for each event - Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure all services are delivered as agreed - Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events - Provide exceptional guest services and address any issues that may arise during the event - Utilize strong organizational skills to manage multiple weddings simultaneously **Requirements:** - Proven experience in event planning or hospitality industry - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong market knowledge of venues, vendors, and trends in the wedding industry - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Experience in fundraising or managing budgets is a plus - Proficiency in contract management and vendor relations - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred Join our team as a Wedding Planner to bring dreams to life and create unforgettable moments for our clients!
