Position Overview:
We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our startup Medicaid residential treatment center. This role will be responsible for our clinical operations, strategic direction, and overall growth; ensuring excellence in client care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical programs and operational strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Build and nurture a high-performing team of clinicians and support staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and empathy.
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
- Oversee budget management, revenue generation initiatives, and cost-effective resource allocation.
- Drive continuous quality improvement efforts through outcome measures and performance metrics.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psychological.D.), or equivalent.
- Proven leadership experience in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or related startups.
- Strong understanding of Medicaid reimbursement process and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to innovate, adapt to change, and drive organizational success.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
