2nd Shift CNC Electrical Maintenance Technician Wanted!

Schedule: Mon-Thurs, 3PM-1:30AM

Are you a skilled CNC Electrical Maintenance Technician looking for an exciting opportunity? We're searching for a talented individual to keep our CNC equipment running smoothly and ensure we exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and fix mechanical and operational issues on CNC equipment.
- Repairs: Handle hydraulics, drill heads, gears, bearings, and general maintenance.
- Safety Procedures: Knowledge of Lock Out, Tag Out procedures.
- Electrical Expertise: Understand Single Phase and Three Phase Electrical (120 VAC, 240 VAC, 480 VAC) and DC applications (5 VDC, 12 VDC, 24 VDC).
- Troubleshooting: Basic relay logic, Ladder Logic, and software troubleshooting (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Direct Soft).
- HMI & HIM: Familiarity with these interfaces for troubleshooting.
- VFDs: Understand and replace Variable Frequency Drives.
- Servo Motors: Analyze and replace servo motors.
- Tools: Proficient with Multi Meters, Amp Meters, and various troubleshooting tools.
- Schematics: Read and interpret Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic schematics.
- Independence: Work with minimal supervision.
- Mechanical Knowledge: Bearings, gearboxes, ball screws, coolant pumps, hydraulic pumps/motors, way covers, tool change components.
- Preventative Maintenance: Inspect, lubricate, and clean machines.
- Measuring Devices: Use calipers, test indicators, and dial indicators.
- Hand & Shop Tools: Skilled in using various tools.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Team Player: Build positive relationships and work cooperatively.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in activities to improve processes.

- Flexibility: Work required schedule based on business demands.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: CNC machine experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
- Preferred Skills: Experience with CNC controls, including Fanuc and Siemens.
