Wonderfully stable company that is a leader in its field is seeking a Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator. This company has fantastic benefits including Employee Stock Owned Company. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities include:
Manage recruiting, including drafting position descriptions and job listings, conducting screening interviews and participating in employer branding;
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs;
- Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits to gauge interest, personality and salary requirements;
- Provide feedback to management about details regarding applications;
- Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications and experience of potential candidates;
- Establishing relationships with colleges for potential internships;
- Onboard new employees through Paycom, ensure new hire paperwork is properly completed and act as a corporate liaison to welcome new employees; Update industry directories with employee updates and changes: Bluebook, etc.;
- Assist in planning and developing employee trainings and webinars relating to Company processes and HR topics;
- Offboard employees, including exit interviews and managing proper communication with terminated employees;
- Assist in maintaining HR records and reports, including personnel files and EEOC and I-9 form compliance;
- Assist in handling annual reporting requests;
- Research regarding various HR best practices and compliance issues; and
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
- Proven experience seeking talent recruitment and assisting with onboarding processes, 2-3 years preferred
- 2+ years of experience in human resource documentation and onboarding of employees
- Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for degree in human resources, business or related field
- Working knowledge of social media and online job listings platforms
Ability to conduct various types of interviews (in person, online, phone) Knowledge of HR databases and candidate management systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of HR principles and applicable laws and federal/local regulations
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point is essential
- Must be comfortable working in an employee-facing, service-oriented position in a culture driven by demanding sales personnel
