IndySoft Administrator (IT Administrator)

POSITION SUMMARY
The IndySoft Administrator will be responsible for managing and optimizing the IndySoft Calibration Management software within Aldinger Company. This role involves configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting the software, ensuring data integrity and compliance with industry standards like ISO 17025, ISO 9000, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. The Administrator will work closely with various departments to support their calibration and asset management needs, streamlining workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Implement and manage IndySoft Calibration Management across the organization.
· Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet departmental requirements.
· Ensure data integrity and security, maintaining compliance with applicable standards.
· Provide training and support to users, fostering an understanding of IndySoft’s features and best practices.
· Collaborate with IT and external vendors for software updates, integrations, and troubleshooting.
· Monitor software performance, recommending and implementing improvements.
· Manage asset tracking, calibration schedules, and maintenance routines within IndySoft.
· Develop and maintain documentation related to IndySoft processes and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
· Proven experience administering calibration and asset management software, preferably IndySoft.
· Familiarity with ISO-17025, ISO-9000/9100 series, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliance requirements.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and training abilities.
· Ability to customize and integrate IT systems to meet organizational needs.
· Proficient in data management and reporting.
