We are excited to announce that we have an immediate opportunity for the right candidate who is comfortable leading a team to success in the commercial construction business. We are an S.E. Regional Town house builder. The right candidate we are looking for will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in purchasing and project management. They will be familiar with Atlanta and other S.E. area work environments. They will know current pricing and current market expectations for vendors and subcontractors and will be comfortable developing pricing. They will be very familiar with Builder Trend, Excel, Word and Outlook. The right candidate will have reliable transportation, reliable service mobile phone, and experience working in a fast-paced production environment. The responsibilities for this position will include developing pricing, construction plan development, accurate takeoffs, maintaining price books maintaining strong professional relationships with our stable of trades. Hiring and tracking new subs and vendors and maintaining their paperwork. Coordinating staff with the daily management of assignments. Weekly evaluation of the job cost report and bi-weekly assessment of the trending cost report. This is a full-time position and will require that the right candidate understand production construction and have a versatile understanding of this and able to adapt within a changing environment. This a demanding position for the right candidate and available to start quickly.
