Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Interim Clinical Director to lead and restructure our primary mental health PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) and IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program). This role involves managing the daily operations of our treatment programs, ensuring clinical excellence, and implementing innovative treatment methodologies. The PHP and IOP is currently online, and a large component of the role will involve bringing back and in-person track. Our facility adheres to an interdisciplinary model, interweaving traditional therapies with nutrition education, occupational therapy, and psychiatric services.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical operations for our current remote PHP and IOP services.
- Training and onboarding of all new staff.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high quality patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance program structure and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with medical directors and other healthcare professionals to integrate emerging scientific research into our treatment practices.
- Facilitate creating an onsite PHP/IOP program, including, but not limited to: hiring, onboarding and collaborating with medical team to create program structure.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Work closely with Program Director/Manager on all administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW required.
- Proven leadership experience in clinical settings, particularly in mental health services.
- Familiarity with the administration of PHP and IOP.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based treatments and holistic approaches to mental health.
- Experienced in Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and ability to provide clinical oversight to therapists
- Excellent communication, written and organizational skills.
