Front Desk Manager/ Senior Admin Ass
Duties: Include but not limited to-
-Work Directly with Office Manager and Practice Administrator to implement changes, new work flows and help establish a new medical practice.
- Manage physician schedules
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Register guests and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Skills:
- Excellent file management skills to maintain organized records
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Proficient in data entry to input and update guest information
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy of documents
- Effective project coordination abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional customer support skills to provide excellent service to guests
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment operation
We are looking for a reliable and customer-oriented individual to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work directly with physicians in managing their schedules. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Please note that this position requires flexibility in working hours. Along with a generous hourly rate. Medical front desk experience preferred and previous role as a team lead is helpful.
