**Job Overview:**
We are Selery Fulfillment, LLC, dedicated to simplifying e-commerce warehousing and order fulfillment. We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional service to our over 200 valued customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working in a fast-paced distribution, warehousing or logistics environment supporting the needs of the customer to ensure efficient and timely service.
**Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with operations to ensure efficient and timely fulfillment, warehousing and shipping for customers
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Oversee and lead a team of customer service representatives including performance
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs
- Monitor customer interactions to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Handle complex and escalated customer issues
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth and the Operations team to ensure quality service
- Implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction
**Requirements:**
- Minimum of one year of experience in a fulfillment operation, distribution center or similar environment
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Proven experience in a call center or account management environment
- Strong background in customer service operations including the use of shipping applications and programs as well as CRM applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual in Spanish proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of inventory control
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback
- Ability to work and make decisions in a constantly moving environment
