Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work remotely with our client in West Palm Beach, FL. Interested?
Here's what you'd do:

Provides customer service and support to internal and external clients, responsible for the timely and accurate set-up, ongoing maintenance, and support of client accounts for both H&B and COBRA.

Maintains a knowledge of the products and services supported by the Agency.

Ensures timely and accurate problem resolution in support of Agency client retention goals.

Initiate timely set-up and process of all documentation for setting up and maintaining the client's account.
-
Researching and resolving product and service issues from the field and our clients.
-
Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of client's financial and insurance transactions.
-
Establishing, managing, and maintaining positive and professional relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and all external and internal partners.

Responding to inbound calls and placing outbound calls as necessary by the business unit. Maintains accurate recording of all internal and external communication.

Maintaining documents and records to ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal insurance regulations.

Providing necessary documentation to state and federal insurance agencies and our partners.

Utilizing multiple computer software applications with carrier and bureau websites and internal systems to include HRIS and ORS to respond to all client inquiries.

Performing data input, prioritization and organizational skills, and professional communications.

Participating in product-related projects or training sessions, as necessary.

Pay: $16/hr.
Hours: 40 hours/week.
Multiple shifts available: 8AM-5PM ; 8:30AM -5:30PM; 9AM -6PM; 10 AM -7 PM
Length: Temp (4 Months).
