Description:
As our Overnight Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met and providing an exemplary performance for other team members
to follow. You will be involved with all aspects of front desk operations and be a key person of reference for guests and vendors during evening hours
This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Know local health and safety codes and regulations that apply to the resort

Maintain guest service as the driving philosophy of the resort

Personally demonstrate a commitment to guest service by responding to guest needs

Recognize and report potential safety hazards, such as broken doors or railings, fire hazards, etc.

Assist team leaders in meeting and exceeding AOS goals

Follow financial control procedures for cash, vouchers, inventories, and receivables
-
Identify and correct potential security problems, such as locking doors after hours, etc.

Understand and follow policies and procedures for the resort’s key control system
-
Follow brand and IHM standards for interacting with guests
-
Prepare all necessary reports during each shift for the management team

Check guests in and out for their reservations
-
Create reservations per request of guests over the phone or in person
Job Qualifications:

The number of hours you will be scheduled to work during the week is variable and is based on guest occupancy, season, staffing and other factors. Island Hospitality is unable to guarantee a specific number of work hours per week.
