About You:

Your Role:
As a sales Consultant, you will collaborate with a virtual team, engage with motivated entrepreneurs, and assist hundreds of business owners. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, and assisting them in selecting the right virtual assistants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, list building, and referrals.
- Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough analyses to understand clients' staffing requirements and propose suitable virtual assistant solutions during consultative meetings. Assist in defining job descriptions and ensure the recruiting team comprehends the client's needs.
- Service Presentation: Demonstrate our unique talent services to prospective clients, emphasizing the benefits of hiring virtual assistants for various roles offered by WBN.
- Sales Negotiation: Close deals by ensuring client satisfaction and company profitability.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system (HubSpot). Provide weekly updates on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Customer Service: Offer post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven experience as a B2B Sales Consultant or in a similar sales role. Experience selling to SMB companies in the US.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools, preferably HubSpot.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
