Role Overview:
Manage the day-to-day operation in compliance with established policies and procedures. Participate in developing, interpreting and implementing policies and procedures for the organization. Ensure employees follow established practices and proper training of staff. Prepares related report and audit current procedures to monitor efficiency of operations.
How you'll make an impact:
- Support the division in the development and implementation of strategic plans.

Champion corporate resources and tools to maximize efficiency in managing client deliverables.

Ensure the development of business operational efficiencies.
- Provide operational support to the various teams.

Certify the completeness and integrity of system data.
- Proactively plan resource requirements based on the strategic requirements of the business.

Ensure accountability and compliance with both internal and external partnerships.

Work to ensure employees are trained in all relevant compliance policies and procedures and foster a culture that understands the importance of full adherence.

Liaison between offshore partners; GCoE and Sri Lanka.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and broad change programs from an operational and strategic perspective.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree - Preferably in risk management/insurance, organizational development, commerce or business.

3 or more years of experience in the risk management/insurance field.

Strong experience of operational management.

Ability to build and maintain strong and credible relationships with senior key stakeholders and team members.

People management experience.

Evidence of successfully embedding processes/structures to monitor area profitability/expenses.

Ability to collaborate across a matrix organization.

Excellent planning and analytical skills.
-
Able to interpret data with accuracy and present findings articulately.

Effective organizational and planning capability, using own initiative and as part of a team.

Able to use standard MS office products; Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint & relevant IT systems for the business unit.
