As a Part-Time Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Maintaining organized files and records
- Assisting with data entry and database management
- Preparing and distributing communications, such as memos and reports
- Supporting project managers with administrative tasks
- Ordering office supplies and managing inventory
- Mailing Returns and other small items.
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Familiarity with Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
