This position performs and assists in repair, tear down and assembly of customer equipment and machinery in the Assembly and Disassembly area as directed.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Disassembles, reassembles, marks, photographs, and scans customer equipment and parts for further servicing.

Provides key data and information by using a documented reporting system for Engineering and additional departments.

Follows all OSHA and Company Safety Procedures when effecting repairs and/or maintenance procedures.

Actively participates in the Quality Program by ensuring quality and meeting standard expectations on all work completed.

Consults with Supervisor as necessary to ensure a coordinated repair process.

Coordinates and performs press work in portable, horizontal, and vertical conditions.

Maintains a clean work area by keeping all tools and parts organized as job proceeds through the shop.

Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) High School is required.

Requires one to three years maintenance experience or combination of experience and education may be considered.

Experience in blueprint and sketch preparation.

Must possess excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Must have ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in units of measure.

Must be proficient in prioritization and maintaining paperwork and files.

Requires ability to read and comprehend blueprints, sketches, and directions.

Strong analytical skills are necessary including problem solving.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Position requires standing, sitting, squatting, twisting, or stooping for extended periods.
