Job Description:
HireQuest Direct, a leading staffing and workforce solutions provider, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Marietta, GA. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily office operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Answer and direct phone calls, as well as respond to emails and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and other events.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
