Location managers are directly responsible for customer interaction over the phone and in person. The managers start the sales process upon initial contact with the customer and follows it through the vehicle delivery process once work is complete.
-Manage a crew of employees 3-6 on average.
-Order parts and supplies as deemed by crew. Keep location clean and organized.
-Report problems to upper management according to severity and category.
-Handle payments and enter information into management/sales organizational system.
Preferred sales and/or management experience. Customer service experience or skill highly sought after. Minor computer operation and data entry. All hired Managers will go through an on the job training period along side a current store manager to learn proven systems and processes already in place.
HS graduate or GED but some college or collage grad is a bonus. Must be clean cut, responsible, and enjoy interacting with people. Prefer little or no automotive experience unless you have references.
This is a 6 day a week position. 8-6 Monday-Friday, 8-1 Saturday. Sunday off .
