Job Description:
Provide administrative travel support for the Corporate Operations department at Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC). These efforts directly relate to resource and administrative functions.
SPECIALIZED QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires experience with DTS systems/customer support
- Possess a minimum of one year of administrative support experience.
- Proficient in the use of office equipment, including computers, scanners, fax and copiers.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Teams), Microsoft Edge, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Skilled with oral and written communications
- Possess well-developed time management and schedule coordination skills.
- The ability to work professionally with individuals, diverse groups, and the public.
General Duties:
- Process travel request documentation and vouchers in DTS to support government official
travel requirements.
- Implement Microsoft Office suite of tools to track vouchers and processing.
- Administer the Travel Check-In / Check-Out process for new employees and update DTS
Master Tracker.
- Demonstrate and apply knowledge and expertise of the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).
- Support Travel Card Training Process, Update EXWC SOU/GTCC Tracker.
