Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support to clients regarding the Self Directed IRA process, ensuring they feel valued and assisted.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with clients, offering guidance and support throughout the transfer and funding process.
- Ensure documentation is accurately produced and shipped, maintaining high standards of quality control and presentation.
- Respond to and direct incoming client inquiries, ensuring they are connected to the appropriate department.
Requirements
- A proactive attitude with a strong interest in professional growth.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Background in customer support, financial, or banking services is a plus.
- A professional and pleasant demeanour, both in person and on the phone, with a client-centric mindset.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus, though not a requirement.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
