● Perform retail and phone sales activities to achieve company sales objectives.
● Manage transactions with customers using cash registers, collecting payments whether in cash/check/credit card. Issue change when applicable and receipts
● Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
● Review and answer customer questions related to payments, billing issues, questions and account changes and new services.
● Identify and contact potential customers for sales opportunities.
● Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers.
● Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plans.
● Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
● Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.
● Communicate with customers through the retail location, phone and emails.
● Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
● Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota.
● Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction. Engage in consistent, excellent relationship management by following up with Customers by phone or email.
● De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
● Guide callers through navigating the company site or using the products or services
● Make outbound calls to sell company products.
● Make follow-up sales calls to existing customers and make win-back calls to inactive customers that have removed services in efforts to reduce customer churn.
● Scan customer request forms.
● Process service and/or account orders for customer accounts with accuracy and efficiency so that all requests are completed in a timely manner to the standards of the department benchmark.
● Maintain customer satisfaction levels at the department benchmark in relation to the company Net Promoter Score.
