Job Description:
Our sales representatives handle qualified leads provided by our in-house staff, call-ins, through our website, as well as any self-generated prospects. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings with potential clients, conducting inspections to assess damage, presenting estimates generated by our company estimator, and presenting compelling and competitive estimates to motivate homeowners to choose our services over the competition. Sales representatives are expected to spend at least one hour with each potential client. Following the initial consultation, representatives are required to follow up with prospective clients for at least one month. Effective communication skills are crucial for this position. A successful Sales Representative can earn over $100k annually in commission. We provide a company vehicle for running leads, subject to a clean driving record, and a gas card as needed. Our services extend beyond storm restoration to include retail work and new construction, each with its own commission plan. All customer communication is managed through our CRM system, including emails, texting, and calls, ensuring thorough documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting residential leads for property inspections.
- Handling referrals promptly and professionally.
- Providing free property damage inspections and assessments.
- Maintaining a satisfactory level of prospecting field activity, referral generation, and closed contracts for roofing, siding, and gutters.
- Utilizing field technology tools for activity tracking and property damage documentation.
- Executing trained processes to the best of your ability.
- Collaborating with property owners and insurance adjusters to create, negotiate, and finalize insurance claim projects.
- Maintaining proactive communication with property owners throughout the process.
- Striving for complete customer satisfaction on every project and leveraging that satisfaction for future and/or referral business.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outgoing personality and the ability to establish rapport with clients.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Previous experience in the roofing industry or a similar field is preferred.
