Responsibilities
- Client Assessment and Goal Setting: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, strengths, and goals.
- Conduct Virtual Coaching and/or Therapy Sessions: Provide virtual one-on-one sessions to clients using secure video conferencing platforms.
- Progress Monitoring and Evaluation: Regularly monitor clients' progress toward their goals and assess the effectiveness of interventions.
- Bridge the Gap: Assist clients in identifying and modifying maladaptive behaviors, thought patterns, and lifestyle habits that contribute to mental health issues.
- Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of client assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and session summaries in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Professional Development and Self-Care: Engage in ongoing professional development activities, including continuing education, training workshops, and supervision, to enhance skills and stay informed about emerging trends in mental health care.
Qualifications
- Master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
- Current licensure as a therapist or counselor (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD).
- Experience providing therapy or counseling services to individuals with diverse backgrounds and presenting concerns.
- Proficiency in conducting therapy sessions via telehealth platforms and utilizing technology for remote service delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and cultural competence in working with clients from diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to establish rapport and build therapeutic alliances with clients.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, self-care, and maintaining ethical standards of practice.
Compensation
- We are proud to offer our clinicians a competitive compensation model where they receive 65% of their earnings. This means that for every session or service provided, clinicians retain 65% of the revenue generated, reflecting our commitment to fair and equitable compensation for their expertise and dedication to holistic health care.
Work Environment
- This is a remote position, offering flexibility in scheduling and the opportunity to work from a location of your choice. Therapists must have access to a secure and private workspace conducive to conducting therapy sessions and ensuring client confidentiality.

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
