We need a project manager who possesses the following experience and skills:
- Strategic field operations (SFO) experience, specifically in field reporting, and exposure to other areas is also valuable.
- Project management. Certification is a bonus, but solid PM experience is essential.
- End-to-End PM for Field Reporting. Particularly in the Pharmaceutical industry.

- Facilitation skills: Experience in facilitation to solicit stakeholder engagement and make key decisions.
- Soft skills: Strong ability to manage and motivate teams.

- Effective coordination: Ability to seamlessly coordinate with technical leads and PMs, create RAG reports, RAID logs, and host both large and small meetings.
- Time zone flexibility: The PM should be aligned to US-based customers (EST) and be able to effectively collaborate across different time zones (IST, GMT) and be available during our active EST hours to address urgent issues.
