Requirements
Experience Needed
The preferred candidate will have a mix of customer service and administrative assistant experience supporting small business owners or entrepreneurs. Insurance agency experience is a plus, but not needed. It is very important to be able to do the following in this role:
Pay strict attention to detail
Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
Anticipate executive needs
Know what questions to ask prior to the start of your project
Keep your pulse on trends and technologies that would be beneficial for the office
Keep executive information confidential
Dont be afraid to ask for help or provide feedback on your own needs
Technology Skills
Must be an exceptional email communicator
Proficient with using CRM software
Experience with Microsoft Office and G-Suite Products (or be a quick learner) including Gmail & Google Calendar
Proficient with Zoom
Ability to troubleshoot miscellaneous technical errors, and set up basic laptop and printer workstations
Familiar with Excel/ Google Sheets (or be a quick learner)
