Overview:
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing support to the North Florida Market.
Responsibilities:
- Payroll administrator for both hourly and base/commission employees

Organize/maintain department files, both electronic and hard copy

Create and reconcile settlement reports on a weekly, period basis, and quarterly

Respond to email, phone, and direct messages in a timely and professional manner

May be requested to assist with counting vending funds using coin and bill counter.
- May be required to briefly lift FSV total coin deposit weighing as much as 50 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits:

The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 based on a full-time schedule

Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary

- Kronos and SAP experience preferred
- Show strong attention to detail
