Red Rock Ford of Dickinson, a family-owned dealership, is looking for a Service Manager. S/he manages and oversees the operations of our 20-person service department. The Service Manager is critical in ensuring that our customers are satisfied, our technicians are productive and cared for and our obligations to Ford Motor company are fulfilled.
The Service Manager will work closely with our Owner/General Manager.
Previous Service Management experience is preferred; however, it is not required. There are numerous opportunities for advancement in this position.

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the automotive service department
- Manage and lead a team of service technicians and advisors
- Ensure efficient and timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive service management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of automotive repairs, maintenance, and sales
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer software for scheduling, inventory management, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
