Description:
The LPN works under the supervision of the Clinical Supervisor. This candidate must be self-motivated, action-oriented, and compassionate about care of their patients in the community.
Responsibilities and Duties

Complete patient assessments

Administers medications as ordered by the providers

Performs lab tests such as A1C, EKG's, and urinalysis

Charts accurately in patient EHR
-
Provides patient support and education for testing and procedures
-
Performs tasks ordered by providers and contacts patients with test results

Other duties assigned
Requirements:
- Current LPN license to practice in the State of Maryland or compact state

CPR Certification
-
Pediatric and Family Practice Experience preferred but will consider new graduates

Adequate typing skills to be able to enter data into the EHR efficiently.

Basic computer skills to include launching applications, managing ‘Windows’ and Templates in the EHR, and using a Tablet PC
