Interim Assistant Nurse Manger, Critical Care

A New York healthcare organization is seeking their next Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, Critical Care!
The Position
-
The Interim Assistant Nurse Manager, Critical Care (Nights), will be responsible for the day-to-day operations throughout the department and will oversee approximately 32+ FTEs.

The Interim Assistant Nurse Manager will focus on departmental initiatives including the optimization of departmental performance including patient care, quality, and safety initiatives.

The shift is from 6:00 AM-3:00 PM.
- Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree is required; master’s degree is strongly preferred.

Active New York RN license is required.

A minimum of two years of Critical Care experience is required.

Healthcare experience is required.
Pay Details
-
Pay Range: $170,000 - $175,000 annually.

Final pay rate is dependent upon experience, education, training, and location.
