The Senior Integration Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions, leveraging deep knowledge of integration technologies and best practices.
This role will incorporate a balanced workload across strategic thinking, solution design, timeline estimation, technical development, documentation, monitoring, and troubleshooting nearly all internal and external integrations across the enterprise. Additionally, balancing support activities with new development via demand management processes and strong communication skills are a must for the successful candidate.

- Key Skills Include:
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing integration solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premise systems.
- In-depth knowledge of integration architecture principles, data modeling, data storage, security, and data management practices.
- Proven results analyzing and optimizing existing integrations and recommending improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining complex implementation processes and technology to non-experts and other IT peers
- Demonstrated proficiency and/or work experience with:
- API, HTTP, SOAP protocols
- JSON structure and manipulation
- XML and transformations
- Database and SQL proficiency
- JOLT
- Digibee (preferred)
- Must know design architecture solutions with C4D or similar.
- Must analyze pipelines’ performance by interpretation of data provided using metrics
- Strong track record of identifying, mitigating, and strategically addressing technical risks, drawing from a wealth of experience.
- Develop data standards for maintaining clean data across the integration platforms.
- Define, capture and document metadata and rules associated with ETL processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years’ experience in Enterprise Integration with increased levels of responsibility and 7+ years total IT experience
- Ability to specify and document requirements
- Strong analytical, and communication, skills are required
- Strong experience with integration platforms such as Informatica, Workato, Boomi, AIS, etc.
- The ability to facilitate prototyping sessions with a variety of end users and stakeholders
- Understanding of both traditional and latest cloud-based or hybrid integration trends
- Experience with EDI and SFTP tools
