As the Team Member Experience Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing programs related to the team member experience across all areas of the employment lifecycle and supporting Davidson’s overarching talent management strategy.

Responsibilities:
What you’ll do…
The Team Member Experience Manager will contribute to all projects and activities within the Learning & Organizational Development department, along with our peer teams across Human Resources – however, the individual in this role will be directly responsible for:

Execution of Team Member Engagement survey, action planning, and reporting activities

Facilitating team and individual coaching sessions aligned to Davidson’s Team Member Experience (TMX) programs; virtually and on-property at hotels within our managed portfolio

Designing team member listening surveys and feedback tools to gather feedback and insights from team members to make data-driven, people-centric decisions that support and guide the TMX strategy

Sharing insights and data to stakeholders through strong narrative writing and storytelling and provides clear, thorough recommendations based on analysis.

Collaborating with functional area leaders to ensure TMX standards are incorporated into all new and existing programs, platforms, systems, and other tools

Supporting the development and implementation of change management strategies, methodologies, and standards

Supporting the design and regular enhancement of change management plans and strategies to drive new ways of working, behaviors, and cultural shifts for the organization.

Assisting in the design and implementation of Team Member Journeys across all career and experience levels, with a focus on onboarding
Qualifications:
What you’ll bring…
-
Bachelor’s degree in related field (Human Resource Management, I/O Psychology, etc.)

3+ years of experience in Talent Management, Employee Experience, or Human Resource Business Partner capacity
-
Experience with employee listening tools and survey design methodologies
-
Strong project management skills and track record of successful delivery
-
Adept at positively influencing cross functional stakeholders including executive leadership, department heads, team member, and vendors

Exceptional facilitation and presentations skills.

Strong written and oral communication skills
-
Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Planner, Teams, and Outlook

Working remote with the ability to travel up to 65% of the business year
