Meat Processor's must:
Follow recipes and portion controls.
Maintain safe and clean equipment.
Stock food items, merchandise, and supplies.
Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
Weigh or measure ingredients, such as meats and liquids
Cut meats and prepare them for cooking
Keep food in suitable containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
Take and record the temperature of food and food storage areas
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cut and weigh meat and other ingredients
Encourage other team members.
Accept coaching from Managers.
Experience:
Prior experience in food service or retail preferred
Certification
Food Safety Certification a plus.
