Schedule Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Schedule Coordinator who will manage staff scheduling across multiple locations. This crucial role includes maintaining staffing ratios through efficient scheduling and handling on-call responsibilities to address scheduling emergencies outside of normal business hours.
The Schedule Coordinator must have the ability to discern priorities and manage an effective calendar. They are responsible for creating and managing staff schedules. This requires advanced proficiency using scheduling software, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain efficient employee schedules that provide complete shift coverage and balance human resource utilization across multiple service locations.
· Be on call 3-4 days a week for securing coverage for call-outs, late arrivals, or other scheduling emergencies.
· Cultivate strong, positive relationships with all staff members and participate actively in the cultural competency of GraceLyn Group.
· Support staff in mastering our scheduling system
· Maintain accurate records, including time-off requests, overtime, and employee availability.
· Collaborate with members of the leadership team to identify staffing needs and enhance operational efficiency.
· Assist with other scheduling responsibilities like recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, employee verifications, and workers compensation,
· Other duties as assigned.
Compensation
- Full Time Employment -Pay: $48,000 – 60,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications

Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience using scheduling software
- Demonstrate desire for, and commitment to, personal growth
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar field
- Experience with Humanity TCP Software is highly desirable
- 1 year of experience in staff management
