Experience in the following areas will ensure success in this role:
- Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring behavioral services in a human service setting
- Basic principles of applied behavior analysis
- Basic types and characteristics of developmental disabilities
- Methods of defining and measuring behavior
- Organizational structure of developmental centers and other State-operated facilities
- Licensed with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
