Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday, (Saturday's as needed).
Starts at 6:30am to 7:00am depending on the season.
A work day is around 8-12 hours, but this can vary.

Responsibilities Include:

Project Planning: Collaborate with clients and team members to develop comprehensive project plans.
Project Management: Manage all aspects of project execution including timelines, materials, equipment, and quality control to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Professional Development: Develop yourself and those around you by setting an example and training, leading, and motivating others to learn and improve.
Team Coordination: Coordinate and supervise team fostering effective communication and collaboration with exceptional efficiency.
Installation: Prepare sites by grading, excavating, and prepping the soil; install all elements including hardscape, softscape, drainage, lighting, and water features; adjust irrigation systems and other components as necessary.
Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Quality Control: Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring adherence to design specifications.
Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, maximizing efficiency, and implement cost-effective measures while maintaining design integrity.
Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with safety protocols, promote a safe working environment, and mitigate potential hazards on job sites.

Kevin’s Landscapes is a growing company that focuses on residential landscape design-build installations in Bryan-College Station. We are seeking dedicated, dependable professionals to join our team. A crew chief will work under the supervision of the Operations Director to complete projects including bed spaces, paver patios, walkways, firepits, retaining walls, stone, and so much more! We prefer to hire based on character and our Core Values, so we will provide any training required to learn skills with no prior knowledge.
