Inside Sales Manager - $1400.00 and Up per week plus commission!!

This is a significant career opportunity in the billion-dollar high tech industry to join one of the fastest growing semiconductor and network equipment distributors in the United States.

Our Managers currently earn $200K Plus in salary and commission.

And they built a book of business and lead a team of sales executives teaching and developing and holding them accountable for company goals and objectives and have a great quality of life. No nights or weekends!!

Inside Sales managers manage a team that sell electronic components, including semiconductors and integrated circuits, to OEMs and Contract Manufacturers around the world. They contribute to the company’s growth by driving sales and delivering outstanding products and service to our customers. While working their own book of business selling electronic components as well. The position requires extensive phone calling—contacting existing and prospective customers to form or further alliances with Abacus Technologies—in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Sales managers are responsible for team results and Accountability and Development of all Account Executives on their team
Responsible for their own sales metrics
Conduct weekly one on ones with all Account Executives on their team. Responsible for team growth and development
Adheres to and holds sales team accountable for all company policies and procedures, code of conduct
Develop business plans and strategy for entire sales team that aligns with company's long term plan for growth and profitability
Building and maintaining own book of business while leading and developing others
Sets oneself as a model for Account Executive behavior in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational skills and selling skills and techniques.
Controls all expenses to meet budgets

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years Inside Sales Management experience selling Electronic Components
Minimum of 3 years BNB Sales experience required
Experience in the electronic component industry(required)
Burning desire to get things done, go the extra mile, close deals and make money--day in and day out
Ability to learn quickly, successfully engage with customers, and be productive with minimal guidance
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal English language skills
Demonstrated success in negotiation and sales
Organized, focused, and results-oriented with the ability to work on multiple projects
Good computer skills including Microsoft Office tools - Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to cold call, probe, and build long term relationships into strategic partnerships
Lead and develop a team of Account Executives while working own book of business( must be a strong multi-tasker)
