Lead the Team: Take the helm and guide our team of clinicians, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Therapists, and Home Health Aides, to victory!
Performance Evaluations: Brave the storms of performance evaluations, providing feedback and support to keep morale high and spirits soaring.
Compliance: Hoist the flag of compliance high, ensuring we navigate the treacherous waters of regulatory standards and company policies with ease.
Collaborate: Join forces with other healthcare heroes to craft personalized care plans for our patients, guiding them on their journey to wellness.
Assessments: Explore new horizons with in-home assessments and reassessments, discovering hidden treasures of patient progress along the way.

Requirements for This Epic Quest:

A current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of California – your ticket to the adventure!
Home health experience is essential.
At least two years of management or supervisory experience in the healthcare realm, preferably in the thrilling world of home care.
Unleash your leadership prowess and dazzle us with your interpersonal skills.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must.
Sharpen your observation, verbal, and written communication skills – they're your trusty companions on this journey.
Master the art of time management and prioritize tasks like a seasoned adventurer.
Bonus points if you've conquered the realm of electronic medical records (EMR) systems!
