Position (Associate) Overview: This position provides a unique opportunity to gain access into the highly sought after commercial real estate industry. As an entry-level associate, you will work closely with Titan’s President / Founder as well as more established real estate brokers within the company.
Responsibilities: As a Commercial Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing deals within the commercial real estate market. This position will take on the pivotal role of assisting clients with their commercial real estate needs by cultivating relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing strategic guidance throughout the sales process. This position requires leveraging industry knowledge and market expertise to provide comprehensive advisory services, guiding clients through the complexities of real estate transactions. The primary responsibilities of this role will include:
Client Sourcing:
- Prospect and generate leads and clients through various channels including attending networking events, cold calling, and referrals.
- Scheduling meetings and conducting follow ups.
- Preparing and executing sales presentations.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and real estate requirements.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations based on market research and analysis.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on available properties, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential properties and investment opportunities that align with client requirements.
- Analyze market data, including property values, leasing rates, and vacancy rates, to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact commercial real estate markets.
Property Evaluation and Due Diligence:
- Evaluate properties, including financial analysis, lease review, and physical inspections, to determine their suitability for clients.
- Assist clients in conducting due diligence processes, coordinating with legal, financial, and technical professionals as necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to present property recommendations and investment strategies to clients.
Transaction Management:
- Collaborate with clients, brokers, and legal teams to negotiate and finalize lease agreements, purchase contracts, and other transaction documents.
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of transactions, resolving any issues that may arise during the process.
- Oversee lease renewals, expansions, and other property-related negotiations on behalf of clients.
Qualifications:
- Valid Texas Real Estate License OR able to obtain prior to start date
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Prior sales experience preferred
- Courses, prior internship or work experience in real estate or similar fields (Business, Finance, Land and Development) preferred
- Real estate club or network membership is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
