Job Title Custody Service Officer

Overview
As the Custody Service Officer, you will work as a member of a dedicated Custody team within the Private Wealth Management Group to provide detailed personalized custody services to high net-worth individual, family office and advisory clients. You will be involved with account opening and administration, reporting, compliance, audit request and response, fee billing. You need to respond to client telephone and fax inquiries/requests in a timely and accurate manner. You will work with Relationship Manager sales teams to resolve daily issues and help identify additional opportunities. You will be monitoring and reviewing daily reports and activities such as Pending Trades, Trade Fails, Overdrafts, Returned Wires, Transaction reports and will work closely with Deutsche Bank’s middle office Operations, Vendor Groups, and other internal areas to effectively research and resolve complex client inquiries.

What You’ll Do
Act as point of contact for Custody product
Validate and process financial transaction request (trades, Wires, transfers)
Work closely with your team to review and approve transaction cases timely
Mitigate risk by strict adherence to bank HRM policies
Support bankers to retain and attract new business through proactive interaction with clients
Liaise with other internal functions and stakeholders

Excellent PC skills (especially Microsoft Word and Excel)

Expectations
It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville is $50,000 to $90,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of renumeration.
