Wedding Planner

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for the wedding day.
- Plan and organize all wedding details including venue selection, catering, décor, entertainment, and transportation.
- Create and manage wedding budgets effectively, ensuring all expenses are accounted for.
- Coordinate with vendors such as florists, photographers, musicians, and caterers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning process and on the wedding day.
- Manage timelines and schedules to ensure all elements of the wedding run smoothly.
- Assist in event setup and breakdown as needed.
- Stay updated on current wedding trends and market offerings to provide innovative ideas to clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Budgeting experience to manage wedding expenses efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
- Ability to upsell services and add value to client experiences.
- Knowledge of hotel operations is a plus.
- Familiarity with fundraising strategies for events is advantageous.

Pay: $20.70 - $24.93 per hour
