Complete Weddings + Events is a National leading provider of Event and Wedding Photography, Videography, Lighting, DJ, Coordination, and Photo Booth. We perform at thousands of events annually nationwide. Currently, Complete Weddings + Events in Rapid City is hiring:
Wedding Coordinator
We are looking for energetic, fun, and organized people for our coordination team in Rapid City and surrounding areas. Experience is preferred in the wedding and event field; however, we will train the right candidates. We hire attitude first! We are a part of the most amazing days in peoples' lives, and we want to be the calm, the happy, and the fun!
Weddings are typically Friday- Sundays with the occasional weeknight. You can choose your availability if you are a current coordinator or work full time.
Pay ranges based on experience. Most weddings are on Saturdays and most shifts are 8-12 hours depending on the package selected by the client.
You will be responsible for 30 day out contact, contacting vendors, formulating a timeline, entering client data in the planning software, and coordinating the rehearsal and wedding day activities.
