Job Summary:
The Recruiter is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including recruiting, contract negotiations, compensation, reporting, onboarding, and administration of company policies and procedures.The Recruiter is responsible for various functions of the Human Resource department, including recruiting, contract negotiations, compensation, reporting, onboarding, and administration of company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
-

Job Posting and Sourcing: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and the company's career page. Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidates.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation: Conduct initial resume reviews, pre-screening interviews, and comprehensive candidate assessments to ensure a strong match with the job requirements and organizational culture.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Guide interviewers on effective and fair interviewing techniques.
Maintain Recruitment Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate information, interview notes, and feedback. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
Support in Background screening: Conducting employment certification and reference checks, as well as and pre-employment process.
HR Policies and Regulations: Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
HR Metrics Monitoring: Monitor HR metrics (e.g. source of hire, time-to-hire, and time-to-fill, etc.)

Other tasks as assigned.

Skills:

Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR processes
Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
Experience in using LinkedIn and Indeed preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
